Bent Little Finger with Pain & Numbness; Ulnar Nerve Damage

When I hold my hand out there is a noticeable gap between my fingers that I cannot close. I have no physical pain in my fingers. In my case my weak and deformed little finger was caused by a pinched ulnar nerve located in my arm.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
A nerve disorder that causes pain, loss of feeling and loss of strength in the hands. It is characterized by discomfort and weakness in the hands and fingers and by sensations of tingling, burning or numbness. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is caused by compression of a nerve in the carpal tunnel.
Pinched Nerve
A pinched nerve is a nerve that has been compressed, constricted or stretched causing damage or injury to the nerve. Symptoms include numbness, a "pins and needles" or burning sensation and pain. Injuries vary from minor, temporary damage to a permanent condition. Early diagnosis is important to prevent further damage or complications.
MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
