A Male Abdominoplasty is just a Abdominoplasty for a man instead of a woman. I had a Male Abdominoplasty last year. I didn't call it a "Male Abdominoplasty" because it didn't sound masculine enough. It even took me a while to get used the term "Abdominoplasty". It just sounded too feminine. Abdominoplasty is another name for it but that's too hard to remember and nobody knows what that is in normal conversation. After a while I got used to the name Abdominoplasty. Still don't like the way it sounds though.
I am a 54 year old, 5' - 7" tall male who had attained a weight of over 300 pounds. My maximum weight was probably more, but I really don't know because I stopped looking at the scale. I do remember being weighed at the doctor's office and my weight was 298 lbs, but I'm sure I gained more weight after that.
